    Hi,

    When I enter the Appearance > Widget. I got an error. Please refer attach screenshot

    Do you have any idea how this could happen?

    In PC, I provide a temporary access link to my website

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Hi,

    Yes, i already try with wordpress theme. It also got same problem. I don’t know how to solve it since im not expert, just a learner with try an error.

    It seems to be a core WordPress problem not related to our theme. Try to install Classic Widgets plugin to fix this problem for now https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

    After following your method, my widget working very well. Thank you very much!

    Meanwhile, did you know what happen to my footer.? It seems have an information were not run properly. I provide screenshot.

    If i need to open new topic, please let me know.

    After try to WordPress theme, it also there (Screenshot).

    If it appears without our theme then it is not related to WoodMart. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem.
