How can I Enable Video Background for Mobile Device?

The Video Background Feature is a very awesome feature and I would like to have my mobile users see it as well.. Any help? It works perfectly for Desktop but not for MOBILE.. Its just a Black screen..

Unfortunately, Visual Composer video option doesn’t work on mobile devices. You need to upload some image as a background that will replace the video for mobile devices.
