How do you change the menu order of products?

Hi, I have a few products which I am trying to organise their order but cannot find how to do it, please see the screenshot below.
2 of the products (medium and medium/small) I need to swap placed but none of the options will allow me to change it.
The way I have it listed (in purple) is correct but its not reflecting that in the website page.. thanks.

I saw the screenshot you attached.
You can change the menu order of the products by clicking on the sorting button and then drag and drop the products.

Thanks for your reply, the menu you showed is not a reflection of the order that our products are displayed on the page. Though it says to list via the menu order, that is not a reflection of the menu as you showed.
I’m looking for any way to amend the order using the website builder please. Thanks.

You asked to change the menu order of the products. That’s why I replied.
If you are having other issues then please provide some more relevant screenshots with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Apologies I was unclear with my question.
So what I want to achieve, as per the screenshot I want to list the products as shown in purple. They are unfortunately showing as you can see in the image (the medium and medium/small are the wrong way around).

Please try selecting the Order by ID from the order by option then check back.
If you are still unable then provide with the admin panel login details of the website.

Hi, yeah that would work but their order ID is not in the order we need the products and I cannot change the order ID can I?
Any one of the factors to lest by will be fine, as long as I am able to edit them so that they are in the order I need.

Sorry but you could not change the IDs of the product.
If you want to display the products in the order in which you added them in the Element then try choosing the “Custom_post_in” option from sort.
