    Hi,

After updating WooCommerce plugin it is causing issues and disables access to page editing in Elementor. It also disables Revolution Slider and causes fatal error in footer section. After deactivating WooCommerce plugin the issues disappear. Can you please help to fix this ASAP?

    Best regards,
    Nikola.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply!

I checked what you said. The problem appears by activating Elementor with WooCommerce. How to fix this bug? Please note that I provided WP admin access in private section in my first message.

    Regards,
    Nikola.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access inserting into the private content area; confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes.

Please make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards
