woodmart theme is crushin

    Hey,

    I have a wierd “bug” or I don’t know how to call it.

    -the slider revolution won’t load on mobile (even the block) until I scroll a little bit down.
    -Product page is preloading first default woocommerce settings and after scrolling it changes to woodmart design
    -also on mobile whichever page I enter I get some wierd effect, everything shakes

    I tried to reactivate all plugins again, optimized pictures, updated every plugin/theme

    I have woodmart installed on many pages and I never recived any such problem.

    one problem problem that I cannot fix – page title I get some wierd random picture ( attached) which I cannot remove.

    on theme settings – page title – there isn’t any background pictured selected, only background color black

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access inserting into the private content area; confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes.

    As for the image, this image is changed in the page settings. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

    Hey,

    thanks for your help, the first problem I managed to fix, however the image in the page title still occurs even though there isn’t set any background image, and whatever I do and image still remains there

    theme settings – page title – page title design (centered) – page title background black – save and you get the problem

    Are you readign and looking the screenshots i posted?
    There is no image background, nor the picture exist anymore.

    Hello,

    The page title can be set globally in the Theme Settings > Page title and locally: edit any page and find the page title settings that are a priority and shown on the page.

    Isn’t just easier that you admit that you have no clue how to fix this bug instead of telling nonsense?
    This is just waste of time, nothing was changed, from the beginning all page titles recived some image background which wasn’t set nor globally nor locally.
    it is impossible to delete the image background nor is possible to just have colored background that can be set in the Theme settings

    Hello,

    Please, update your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    In private you can see the credentials for the site.

    The image appears in every page in the MENU but here is one link: https://www.majstoralata.hr/alati/ (currently you cannot see it, due to the page title is disabled)

    I read your messages carefully, I cannot reproduce the problem. I have checked being logged in and out, in incognito, in several browsers, I cannot find the page title and any images on the page title.

    As per your words in #314015 these problems have been fixed. I visit a product page, scroll, reload, nothing changes.

    Please provide the actions step by step, what browser, what version, what device should I take to catch the problem with the title. Please give me the page URL and screen.

    I think there is some missunderstanding. Link that you provided: https://gyazo.com/054a00d744b2475ba1499ce6ee2f5c9a has a page title “Stolarija” and there is some background image (some purple picture with hand icon)

    Every product category that is made by default through woodmart has this picture:

    The two problems that you wrote are fixed, however the background picture in the Page title is still there and it is not possible to remove it nor change it

    All you have to do is go to dashboard – Theme settings – Page title – and enable page title and go to any of the links I have provided and you will see the problem.
    And by settings it should be a background color (black) not a picture.

    When I am logged in, I do not see this, when I log out, I see the title.
