    Hello,

    Please try re-creating the track order page and make sure that you have added the element “Order track form” in it.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and solve the issue.

    I deactivated 3rd Party plugins but still facing same issue.
