Fibo Search is not working 100% with Woodmart

Hello,
I installed fibo search for my website and it works great. Except for when you type in a search and hit enter, it takes really long to load.
I contacted Fibo Search and they tried everything and had to conclude it may be a compatibility issue fom your end as their product is compatible with the woodmart theme.
Can you take a look please?

I cant show the problem in screen shots. Kindly visit the site and type in “Shoes” and hit enter on your keyboard.
I takes a while for the results to show up on the results page.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

It works just fine with the storefront theme.
Please, allow us to switch to the default theme and send us your FTP access. We will check what is wrong.

Maybe you fixed it because it was not working this well before. For instance, it is still moving very slow on my poduction site… please take a look. Type “shirt” into the search bar and hit enter on your keyboard to see what I am talking about.
It means that the performance was affected by some of the installed plugins. When all plugins are turned off it works much faster.
I’m confused. The plugins are installed and active and it still works well on the staging site.
Strange, but we haven’t touched anything on your staging website. We just tested the search and it worked well.
