    Hi,
    Please check attachment.

    1. mobile view user account dropdown is not properly working.
    2. when click form display sidebar its also not apply in view

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    Sorry but you cannot set the My Account behaviour different for mobile and Desktop.

    You have to set the same behaviour either Show form or Hidden Sidebar. Then it will work.

    Hello,

    The issue on your website is caused due to the SG optimizer plugin. Please try and deactivate the plugin.

    Then check back after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
