Issue with the layout of the website

    when i make any change in the page and hit update button the layout of the website completely breaks, suppose i edit a home page and add a row or column or delete row or column or or make any changes in the row or column and hit update button the layout of the website breaks completely

    secondly when iam on the single product page and when i hover on the image of the product it does not zoom, please help me how can i do that.

    Hello,

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

    The issue seems to be with the HTTP HTTPS settings of wordpress.

    Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same under Settings >> General as mentioned in our detailed documentation:https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

    Then check back.

    2) Please use the product images of higher resolution to make the zoom option work absolutely fine. Then Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Woocommerce >> Product images >> Images Crop >> the value of the crop should be Smaller than the actual images for it to work absolutely fine.

    I have set both the addresses same I have attached a screenshot as well, i think the issue is in the theme

    secondly iam using images of size 420X420

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and you are using 2 cache plugins. Please deactivate cache plugins then check back.

    2) You are using images of very low resolution. Please try adding product images of high resolutions then check back.

    deleted both the cache plugins and tried making changes in home page and entire layout got broken, deleted one row and updated the page and layout got broken please check the screenshot, happening on all the pages and then i have to refresh the page and then it loads perfectly

    second what image size do you recommend for the zoom to work?

    Hello,

    1) Please deactivate all the third party plugins and activate the parent theme then tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    2) We are using images of 700×800px in our demos.

    Your issue is caused by the server caching you are using.

    iam using bluehost hosting, asked them to turn of caching they turned it off but still iam getting the same error

    Hello,

    I have revisited your website. This is a strange behaviour because everytime we make a change and update the page the changes are not displayed when you reload once.

    You have to reload the page twice to see changes.

    Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    i tried with astra theme, tried editing the page, but the layout did not break, currently astra theme is installed you can check yourself by editing the page you want, i tried editing home page add a new row a text block and a image with heading but the layout did not break at all

    any update man i am waiting for your answer, iam stuck here cause if this issue, i am still not going live because of this, when this will be fixed, i cannot wait this long and cant hold my business off for such a long time

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and deactivated all the third party plugins and the page is updating without breaking the layout.

    Which clears that the issue is not from our theme. Currently all the third party plugins are deactivated on your website.

    You can try activating the plugins one by one and find which is causing the issue.

    you have deactivated all the third party plugins, and then i tested but the issue is still there, attaching the screenshot, after i added a text block see the header in the first screenshot, its layout is broken, and then check another screenshot after hitting refresh the layout is displaying properly

    As we can see, you have a lot of Custom CSS in Theme Settings. Try to put body at the beginning for all selectors like shown on the screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/ippcTgltKdC39jLUKYlqmPv0bfljiF

    2} there used to show a sidebar on every category page on left side which contains all the categories and filter option that is no longer there, please guide me how can i have that back

    Hello,

    1. It increases this selector priority to override other CSS rules that come after your custom CSS code.

    2. You should be able to put your widgets to the sidebar via Appearance -> Widgets.
