    Hi, when I try to add custom product attribute on my product data, I push buttton Add but nothing happend: All my atributes created before on my list semms to be freezing. Also, when I try to Add product gallery images, when I click the button, my page going up…

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    I would recommend creating global attributes, if you would like swatches in the future they are possible only with global attributes.

    Hi, our support period for WoodMart theme is valid till November 27, 2021, but we have not yet managed to complete the site. Basically, we would need a maximum of 3 more months from 11/27/2021-02/27/2022.

    Please tell us what would be the cost of an extension for a maximum of 3 months, in the idea that we once ordered the theme, earlier (which is currently installed on https://shop.saniplus.ro) – I ordered the theme a second time because who worked on the site for the first time did not work properly, so we decided to redo everything from the beginning (including ordering the WoodMart theme for the second time)
