    Hi, i’ve tried several plugins with a collapse function. They all work half on this theme. On phone it doesn’t even work at all. Only when I visit the page, and then give it a reload.

    Any idea why this is not working on this theme? Please guide me how to do that.

    Another question is there not a function in the theme (Shortcode) with a collapse function?
    And is there a way to get rid of the /product-category/ in the link?

    Example is in the private content.

    1) Please elaborate with the help of some relevant screenshots of the specific areas that you require.

    Because the current explanation is not clear enough to understand what you actually require.

    Thank you for your reply.

    1) I’ve fixed it in another way. The theme has complications somehow with collapse content of 3th party plugins. What I did now is I made a HTML block with basic HTML <summary> code. If you are curious why the collapse content from other plugins doesn’t work I can provide you with login information and further information so you can check it.

    2) I’ve fixed the issue. It was a RankMath problem where you modify the permalink. Clearly the issue lays with them.

    Another thing what I came across is: On the shop page (on mobile) you have to click the arrow to see the subcategories of the main category. Is there a way where you can click just on the main category text and the subcategories come down? instead of clicking the arrow. From my perspective clients will not click this arrow.

    Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
