    Hello,

    Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance and try to enable the option to use Deprecated Classes.

    Hi there,

    This option was activated already and we always read your recommendations when you update theme.

    Tried the plugins deactivation as well and still issue occurs.

    Very strange and I’m hopeful you can look into further.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website.
