Hello, I am facing issues with woodmart theme as like the attachment below. When I click on theme settings, General option, or any other options than change anything than save options. It showes 403 forbidden access to this resource on the server is denied. Also If I edit header builder and footer widgets it’s loading unlimited. That’s I am not able to change anything. Please help me to solve these issues.

Hello,

If you checked without the plugins and the problem remains, please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Hello,

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Settings “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.

I’m also do disable the mod security but issues not Solve so please tell me an other method tu solve the issues.

In this case, please, disable all external plugins and send us your admin access so we can check why it still not solved.
