Button Lost and Icon

    Hi Xtemos,

    As you can see attached, the button promo banner and icon disappear. Even I have clear the browser cache.

    Could assist me to solve this.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    I have try the method you mention before, it still doesn’t work.

    Some PC can view normally, some PC will disappear the button promo banner and icon.

    I can’t find what caused of happen.

    Would you mind to assist me.
