Blank Header without content with use of wp rocket

Hi team,
we are in contact with wp rocket team too, but it think its for you much easier to find a solution because you know the theme better.
In safari and sometimes in other browser the header on http://www.zehenspiel.de looks like here: https://www.zehenspiel.de/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Bildschirmfoto-2021-09-10-um-13.05.03.jpg
After cache clearing it works but if the cache is filling the issue appears again.
Really strange. Its the only bug on woodmart theme we find an its on some other sites with different plugins too.
Do you have an idea what to exclude in wp rocket settings or how to handle it?

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance and disable the Mobile DOM Optimization.

Then check back.
Or you need to enable the caching and enable “Separate cache files for mobile devices” by WP Rocket.
