How can I add and edit checkboxes in account registration?

Hi,
I have a problem with the checkboxes on the Registration page in my store. I would like to edit the chcekbox that already exists (its content: Akceptuję politykę prywatności). I would like its content to also contain an active link to the subpage in my store. I would also like to make one more checkbox under the existing one (I marked it with a red square in the photo). I would also like it to contain an active link to the subpage in my store. Where can I edit these checkboxes? I also add a photo of what it looks like at the moment.
