Cros-sell & Up-sell products not shown

I have enabled Cros-sell & Up-sell products in Woocommerce.
Cross-sell products: product is shown in the You might also be interested in… section, but the image is not shown. This is strange, because the featured image + product images are not missing from the product page and settings. How do I fix this (i.e. how to display product image in cross-sell section)?
Up-sell products: this section is not shown at all on the single product page.
Update. cross-sell images are now showing, so this is fixed.
Still up-sell products section is not showing at all.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area). In addition, we will need a product URL with cross and up sells.

Upsells appear in the product page, and Cross-sells appears in the shopping cart page when you add this product to the cart: https://gyazo.com/2d04929df13ed8a93b3c028835653983

If you want to show the products on the product page, you can show Upsells and related products.
