Unfortunately, the stock quantity of products cannot be added to the cart, you can add this option only to the single product and shop page.
There are two types of stock info output:

The first is Woodmart’s stock bar, the second is the stock status of WooCommerce.
In order to add the stock status of WooCommerce, go to your product, in the field “product data” select Simple product -> Inventory -> enable checkbox “Enable stock management at product level” after that write the quantity of product in the field “Stock quantity”.

In order to add the Woodmart’s stock bar, go to Theme Settings -> Single Product -> Show / hide elements -> enable the field “Stock progress bar” then go to the product and in the field “product data” select Simple product -> Inventory -> in the field “Initial number in stock” write some number
