    Why does this email keep going to the spam and not my inbox?

    Hi,

    Sorry, but this question is not related to our theme. Most likely, you have marked some emails from your website as “spam”. You can contact your hosting providers for help with this issue since mail function comes from the server.

    My contact form goes to my inbox.

    But the person who fills out the form it goes to there spam?

    No, it shouldn’t go to spam. Any emails from your contact form should go to your inbox.

    they do to mine but the person that fills it out gets there confirmation of the ticket in there spam ive tried many emails. change the subject every thing.

    The receiver email address is [email protected] could this be read as spam?

    ive tried ninja form to and this is going this is going to my spam as well as the confirmation email to recipient

    Sorry, but we don’y know why it works wrong. Try to contact your hosting providers since mail functions is more related to your server. Maybe they can help you configure it correctly.

    i did they said its normally the subject. but i corrected that issue,
    its only the person that fills it out that gets the spam.

    well on ninja we both did.

    ill try you tube some clever mans solution
