    Hi There,

    im trying to add the ‘NEW’ badge on the product image (category and product page) without success.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website and you are using an old version of the Theme.

    Please update the theme and the Recommended plugins to the latest versions then check back.

    I just updated the theme and installed the required plugin, im still facing the issue.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins then clear cache and check back.

    If the issue still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hi there,

    I disable all the third party plugin and im still not able to display the NEW badge.

    Hello,

    The issue on your website is caused by the Custom CSS you have used under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    The CSS is as follows:

    .product-labels.labels-rounded {
    display: none;
}

    I have removed the CSS and the label is displaying.
