    Hello, I have a problem, when I click on the small logo to play the video of a product, the popup opens but does not display the video, the youtube link is well informed in the product sheet …

    Please try a different URL format of youtube, if the problem remains insert the site credentials into the Private content that is under the message area.

    Hello, the problem is on all the videos, I am not on my first product sheet, the youtube links do not work even with public videos
