Filter system does not update

After creating a shop archive page through elementary theme builder, the filter option on the shop page does not update properly.
Few other problems.
The search option at the shop page clips through other items such as the menu in mobile.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website.
