    Dears,

    please check tiiway.com because the first rendering of your theme shows issues (bugs), for example red colours, bad text formatting, etc. Please can you help us to solve it soon?

    Did you install the theme on a net WordPress or existing site? If it was the existing site, please restore the site from the backup and insert the credentials into the Private content below the message area, I will help to install it.

    If it was net WordPress installation, please check HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

    In addition, contact the host support and ask them to disable security mode.

    Hello,

    thank you for your answer.

    The wordpress installation was from scratch (net). We don’t want disable the SSL and HTTPS for security reason we need them. However we noted the same bug also in HTTP. I think the bug could be related to the theme, it seems to be something strange on Categories Menu and rendering. Please can you check more about it and let us know how to solve this issue soon?

    Please insert the site credentials into the Private content below the text message, when you upload a demo all the theme settings will be changed.

    If you do not want to reconfigure your site, you would better use the template library instead of the demo. The library has separate blocks that you can insert in any page in any place, and these blocks do not change the theme settings. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

    The content remains the same regardless demo upload or template library application.

    I have made a full backup of your site, I have separately created the file with all the content.
    Now I suggest resetting all, upload the demo, then configure the site as per your needs, delete unnecessary demo pages, posts, products by means of the demo, and finally upload the file with your cont.

    In this case, you can upload a demo.

    Alternatively, you can configure the site as per your needs without uploading a demo. Please advise what header builder you want, which home page, and what footer. I will help to upload all. You can create the content by means of a template library: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

    Please advise your final decision, I think the second way is better taking into consideration you want to keep the configuration you have already done.

    1. Please check all demos and advise which header and footer do you like, as well as what home page: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/ how to get to the demos: https://gyazo.com/8ab67aa17f5873da293c062da3e19076 I will import all, you will replace logo, set your menu etc.

    2. Look through the template library: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/wpbakery-elements-library/ and upload and insert the blocks you like so that replace the existing content on your own.     Hello,

    All the content remains the same. As soon as you chose the header and I upload it, it would show the WoodMart logo and would look exactly as on the demo, the menu will be from your site. You will configure the heard: change logo, add and remove elements, then we do the same with the footer.

    Then you will choose the template for the home page content.

    Please chose the footer and header.

    I checked the website and I saw the changes you applied. However, the issue is already there. If you click on any category on the left menu or on the logo or entering on http://www.tiiway.com, you face the same issue as before on rendering seeing strange formatting and colours.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    done. I deactivated the plugins and now it’s better even if on first loading and clicking you can see a strange red colour appearing. It seems to be a background loading of a menu part. So, not solved actually. Please how to fix it?

    You have set the color is the Global settings of Elementor. Please remove them all and configure all the colors in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors.
