By default, there is no "/" in the breadcrumbs, you can see that in our demo: https://gyazo.com/f561f57fc548f44b018fb31b22554c93 and https://gyazo.com/ae57881e8899eb1f610c1490b9d81831
Most likely this slash appears as a result of customization or another plugin.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
