why is front page different in incognito browser

Using chrome the correct display is logged in and opening a new tab to my front page., When I open same page in incognito it is not displaying correctly.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme.
