    After customizing the checkout page, it is displayed incorrectly on devices that have visited the site before. How do I notify older users that their devices have cleared the cache and the pages start displaying correctly?

    Hello,

    Sorry but there is no such mechanism available to notify only the old customers about that.

    You can try displaying a message globally on the website to let all the customers know.

    Hello,

    Sorry but there is no such option available.

    If you want to use a Custom CSS file then you need to enqueue a new file at your own risk.
