404 on every TAG page

    Hi there,

    I know that it not envolve necessarly the theme, but I can’t explain why all tag pages give me a 404. Category pages works. What I could check? Thank you!

    Hi,

    Strange, but when we test some real tags on your products they work correctly for us https://www.officinadelleessenze.com/tag/orientale/
    Maybe the link you sent doesn’t have such a tag?

    Hi, that one that you called “real tag” is referred to a product tag. Not a blog tag 😕 That one that is not working is blog tag.

    Hi,

    Then it seems to be a conflict in your permalinks structure. Try to make different links for your product tags pages and save Permalinks settings.

    I tried to modify tags field from “tag” to “tagged”, but when I saved the field changed again in “tag”. LOL? I don’t want to change “tag” of product because we use that link to divide the product in some category.

    Sorry, but we don’t know why it doesn’t work correctly for you. It is default WordPress functionality and our theme doesn’t influence it anyway.
