Product Category Archives Load More Button Not Working.

    Hello,

    I’m having an issue with the load more button on the Product Category Archives section.

    I’m getting the console error:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () /fabrics/solid/page/2/?loop=12&woo_ajax=1

    ajax error /woodmart/js/scripts/wc/productsLoadMore.js?ver=6.1.4

    I’ve tried the following:
    – Updated PLugins / Theme
    – Disabled plugins that the theme doesn’t need / use,
    – Disabled caching / varnish on the server.
    – Disabled any optimisations in the theme.

    I couldn’t see anywhere in the theme settings an option to control the load more button, I saw ajax shop and that was about it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hello,

    Please, enable the default theme, and check how pagination works on the same pages where you have problems with the “Load more” button.

    Hello,

    I think I know whats happened, I believe we did some URL rewrites to remove the product category from the URL, so I have a feeling that’s whats causing the problem, is there a way to just switch off load more or have a page 2? or is that going to be the same problem.

    Hello,

    There is a problem with the rewritten URL, and we can’t fix it.

    Please, try to return your changes, and check how pagination will work.

    Is there an option to remove load more and just show all the products?

    Hello,

    In order to remove the “Load More” button, please, go to Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Products grid -> in the “Products pagination” field enable “Pagination”, to show all products, enter “-1” in the “Products per page” field.
