How do I integrate Ubermenu correctly, so I can replace just the left side menu?

Hello, I just purchased your theme and having trouble integrating Ubermenu plugin with your theme. I tried direct integration which does work with the desktop view, however in mobile the Ubermenu mobile menu gets inserted inside the theme’s original mobile menu and becomes a menu inside the original mobile menu. Ubermenu can also generate a php intersertion code, but I do not see the navigation menu code in header.php but I do see it in template-tags.php. If I do manual integration can you show me exactly what php file I have to edit, and if I can copy the php file to the child theme so I do not lose changes?
