changes on the topbar do not apply

I made some changes to the theme settings, changed colors and contents of the topbar.
contents such as links, texts are changed. the colors and icons are not changed.
How can I fix it?

The issue seems to be with the HTTP HTTPS settings of WordPress.
Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same under Settings >> General as mentioned in our detailed documentation:https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

HTTP HTTPS settings are correct.
I have cleaned the cache with a plugin, after directly from FTP.
