    Not sure if its on woodmarts end but just wondering if you know how to solve this issue or not

    Hello,

    This functionality comes with WooCommerce plugin and can’t be caused by our theme. But most likely, the problem is somewhere in your server configuration. It seems that it doesn’t send emails at all. Try to contact your hosting providers for help in this question.
