    Hi,

Today my website stopped rendering SVG images. Everything was working fine, we did not make any changes to these modules containing the SVG files, but now they simply don’t render. Earlier today everything was working fine, and we did not install any new plugins today.

If I switch the SVG for a PNG I also do not see the icons on the INFO Boxes.. so it seems to be a problem with the info box, and not specific to the SVG image type.

    Hello,

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area). In addition, I will need a page URL where you show the Infobox element.

    Best Regards

    Credentials bellow.
You can see it on the HTML Block – Prefooter. The prefooter shows in all product pages.

I also have the same infoboxes on the home page, but to avoid it to look bad while the situation is not solved I’ve removed the images temporarily. But I need it to work on the main page also.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards

I cannot simply start deactivating plugins that are critical for my website to work..
And again, everything was working just fine yesterday with the exact same plugins..

    Hello,

What changes did you add what were your actions that resulted in this error? Please clone and move your site to the staging platform where we can test without damaging the live site. One more thing, please make the full backup of your site and update the theme.

    Best Regards

At this moment we cannot create a staging copy.
There were no relevant actions that could have resulted in this. We had another ticket with you to hide the “PayPal Payments” endpoint, and it was solved by one member of your support staff. Besides that we just imported a couple of products, no changes to layout were done, nor new plugins added.

I’ve noticed that this is really a problem with the information boxes, since if I use the same SVG files with the “image” element, it displays perfectly (screenshot attached). You can check this on the draft page that was created on the website.

We have updated the theme to the most recent version, but we still have the problem.

    Hello,

Please contact your host support, most hosts provide the staging platform for free and help transfer the site.

    Best Regards
