Main Menu category is not showing

Where is the rest of these two menus ? if i increase the padding-bottom to this element ( body > div.website-wrapper ) they will be shown, any explanation ? how did this happened how to solve this problem ?

I looked at the structure of the main page, the (body > div.main-page-wrapper) should be inside ( body > div.website-wrapper ) i don’t understand how did this happened.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme.
