How can i change the title for the search results page?

The title inherits the settings of the shop page and is not editable separately.
If you mean you want to rewrite the title: You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. In order to translate the Woocommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > Woocommerce in the same way as shown in the video.
