    hi how to edit the footer change the logo and some text. checking this manual https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/set-up-footer/ nothing happen.

    can I edit my footer using elementor?

    Hello,

    You need to edit Footer columns, enter each widget and edit the content: https://gyazo.com/f188eb8fc5356ff20467620cc18308e9 Footer Columns widget are in Appearance > Widgets.

    If you still have difficulties, please provide more details about what you want to change and what is wrong.

    is this normal under widgets saw many errors pop-out notice. also checking the footer we don’t have elementor to edit? it’s full of codes that we don’t know how to use.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello,

    Sorry, my bad, I have checked with our development department, this is a WordPress bug. Please install the Classic widget free plugin to get rid of this error and correct the widget working.

    yes, no more error. I got this check attached. but I still don’t know how to change the footer logo to my own logo. I cant find in the manual.

    the upper message said:
    “The following recommended plugin is currently inactive: WPBakery Page Builder.”

    do I need to install WPBakery? I already have elementor installed will this be a conflict if I install the WPBakery or its ok?

    Please install the free Classic widget plugin, this is the WordPress bug and we are sure they would fix it soon.

    I have already installed the Classic widget plugin. but the column still missing. anyways I just learn that it’s easier if I use the HTML BLOCK to edit.

    but my problem is this HTML BLOCK footer is only shown in the 2nd category page like the shop page but on the main front home page doesn’t show up is there a way I can insert the HTML BLOCK on the home page footer?

    hi already add the footer on the homepage using the html shortcode. I have a problem with the button

    inserted its working there but it doubles the footer content.

    I already disable the PREFOOTER AREA. my problem is the lazada and shopee icon the link is not working.

    Hello,

    As per your screen, the pre-footer has not been disabled. It should show the HTML block that we see on the screen. If you want to disable the pre-footer, you need to set it like this: https://gyazo.com/e5f46ab3a3e0cdc4a1005a1fa2f104f3

    Please give me the screen of the icon which is not visible.

    hi yes, already disabled I just show it on the screenshot for sample. my main problem is the 2 buttons are not working here pls check and try to click the two buttons name lazada and shopee button.

    Hello,

    I have submitted the issue to our development department. It will take some time to investigate. Meanwhile, I would like to suggest another way to present the button in a more appropriate way for the purposes.

    1. Please add two WoodMart buttons widgets: https://prnt.sc/1yfmoaq

    2. Enter each bottom option > Advanced > Positioning > https://gyazo.com/16ced6fd3575e16d35a51253139d93ad and set “Inline” so that the buttons could be aligned in one row as you need.

    3. Then remove any text from the button and set the icon https://gyazo.com/7863c033b8ad2986c60c020dd0a9c0df

    4. You will need to convert the images into SVG (there are online converters) and upload them to the Media Library to add to the button. https://gyazo.com/0bd2f6b518a332e4c074109cee4253ac

    The images should be the same size. Buttons are better than images with the links, at the same time we will check and settle the issue with the image gallery.

    Hello,

    You can disable the footer and leave the pre-footer. You can find the option in the Theme Settings > Footer and the pre-footer content would leave.

    I see the images gallery works well there.
