Hello. I ask for an answer to this post Artem Temos.

Found 2 problems with the slider.

    1. On my test site in the Woodmart Slider section, Elementor does not work and shows an error. On other pages, it works without issue. There is no error on the main site either. Perhaps this is a rare mistake and you should be aware of it.
I will show you a video:

    Error link:
    https://elementor.com/help/the-content-area-was-not-found-error/
If you want to look at this problem in more detail, then I added access to the test site to this post.

    2. I saw that the slider height settings cannot be customized for mobile phones. Always the height for mobile is equal to the height for PC.
    I made a video:

Since Elementor is not working on my test site, you can test this issue on your site. My task is this: to make the slider height 500-400-250px on different devices.

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Thank you in advance

Did you write this for the first site or for the second? These are different sites and therefore these two problems need to be fixed separately. I gave you access for the first site. But I have tested now and have not seen this error. Did you have time to watch it?

The second site is the production site. I cannot disable plugins for it. I need to make a copy to another domain and discuss the copy there. And also you can test the problem of the second site on your copy. Make a slide for Woodmart Slider in Elementor with a height of 500-400-250 like in the video and see the results.

    No, we haven’t touched anything.
As for the slider height, it works well on our end so it needs to be tested on your website.

Hello. I made tests in different browsers and the result is the same.

Let me remind you that here the problem with the Woodmart slider does not change the height of the slider on the main page. Other blocks on the home page change height for desktop and mobile, but not the slider.

    Additional Information:

    Screenshots: https://yadi.sk/i/KQtEHmHvn03GVw

I made a copy of the site for you to test. This site is a test site, so if you need to, you can change and save pages.

I also attached access for the site so that you can go in and see the problem.

On your screenshots, you change the minimum height for the section inside the slide. And your slide anyway will have a bigger height if it has higher content inside. So it is just a minimum height, not the maximum.
Also, our slider height option can be customized via Dashboard -> Slides https://gyazo.com/12098623e0f9160d9a1374daff1034c9

This slider does not have a lot of height because there is only background and text. no fixed height pictures. Therefore, I am writing a ticket here that such a slider should change the height because there are no fixed elements.

Yes, I know that this setting is there for changing the height. You can watch the video from 1:42 and see where I show it that this setting does not work. If it were that simple, then I would not write this ticket here. I myself usually test problems first and write tickets later.

It might be a bug in the Elementor plugin that breaks responsive controls and you can read a similar issue on their Github https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/16467
As a workaround, you need to click on the “Preview” button while editing your slide. And always keep the preview window opened whiled customizing and saving your Slide with Elementor. https://gyazo.com/f9530f031bd69a48c3e3a7d3d8ad17df

Earlier you wrote that it works well for you. Did you mean that it worked fine for you before, but now the same problem? Is this not my site’s problem?

I saw that you removed the minimum slide size for desktop and then the size becomes normal for mobile devices. But for a desktop, the slider will be of a very small height and its height is equal to the height of the content and there will be white lines at the top and bottom. If you make the default size, then you also cannot make the desired size.

I’ve tried it many times. I understand it is impossible to make a slide with dimensions of 500-400-250?

We wrote about the slider height and it still works well. The problem is with the minimum height option for the Elementor section.
Have you tried the method proposed? Keep the slide preview opened while doing changes in section configuration. Note that I didn’t change anything before.
