Using HTML blocks in mobile menu on desktop

    Hi guys!

    Thanks for great support.

    Is it possible to create a menu like the one attached here, Im trying to create the red banner in the screenshot. I know that HTML blocks are disabled on mobile – but shouldnt it work to display on desktop in the mobile menu – as of now it only shows the name of the link when I add it to the menu – with link to the html block that im trying to add.

    For clearence – the HTML is not shown visually in the menu – it just links to the URL of the block – where it is shown by clicking. Marked with yellow in ex1 below.

    Supposed to work like this? Workaround?

    Hello,

    Sorry but by default the HTML blocks do not work for mobile devices or menus and currently there is no workaround for this.

    It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
