Variable In products not working

Hello all,
I have added variables to products but for some reason when a customer try to choose a variable and while the customer click the color variant, the color does not remain selected.
I have noticed that this is happening only to COLOR

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site. Please give me admin rights, I do not see Product tabs in the admin panel.
