I opened a previous topic before this asking you the same questions, but the information you kept giving weren’t working or relevant. You told me that I could set the page title to Default or Small previously as well. The page was already set to “Default”, and when I tried “Small”, it wasn’t the right option. Besides that, I wasn’t asking about changing the title. As for the side widgets, you told me to deactivate the plugins on my website, but when I did, nothing changed. I later found out on my own that those 2 things were controlled through the theme settings and through the Appearance tab. I asked you for further help on helping me figure out how to remove the large black background heading from the top of an individual page, and how to also remove the product photos & 3 default categories listed on the right side that pages as well, but I never got back a response from you on those things. You only responded back to another question. So, I decided to open a new topic with the hope that another support team member that’s more familiar with how these things work would respond to my inquiries. It’s been 5 days now since I opened that other topic asking the same questions, but I haven’t been able to figure out anything so far. Please, if you’re not sure, I would appreciate it if you could asked one of your other colleagues about these things for me. I would like to figure these things out as soon as possible. Thanks.
