To summarize: your template seems to be unstable, which may be considered as disqualification. Perhaps other plugins might be in conflict with Woodmart Theme.
Why don’t you prepare a warning list of such plugins if this is the case?
If not, please write conclusions from other, similar cases. How did you solve them? What was the reason of this malfunction?
Too many people are claiming identical problem of random background images appearing in your Woodmart template to neglect it.
I do not feel safe with it.
