Login form doesn't work

Hello,

There is a problem on register form on my account. https://ibb.co/qrtXFmg

I couldn’t figure out if it was the theme setting or the WooCommerce setting I couldn’t get it right. The form neither sends an email nor gives a notification of my registration.

If it is possible to give me some advice, I would be grateful.

Hello,

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because My account is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
