Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid regular expression
-
Hi,
I was updating the theme settings. In particular the characteristics of the page header. I was able to upload an image and associate it in the appropriate box. Changing the other features the selection boxes don’t work and I noticed the following javascript error.
“Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid regular expression: /(^|\.)select2\.(?:.*\.|)select2-xts-woodmart-options[title-background][size]-a5(\.|$)/: Range out of order in character class
https://[site.addess]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=xtemos_options&tab=general_section line 5”.
I also updated the theme to version 6.2 but nothing changes.
The problem seems not to show up in the other options menu settings.
I attach the screenshots.

Hello,
Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards
Dear Elise,
thank you.
I shared the information requested in the private content box.
Best regards,

Hello,
You have 78 plugins, most likely the problem is caused by one of them. Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards
