    Hi Support,

    I am getting the following errors on Google Search Console:

    1- Clickable elements too close together
    2- Content wider than screen

    The offending URL’s are both given in the Private Content. Will you please have a look and comment?

    I see those errors in my Google Search Console-> Mobile Usability. If you want, I can provide you access to my Search console. Will you please share the Google email address that I can add temporary for your access?

    You can try this URL for the test:

    https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly

    I tested one of the offending URL from my other site and I saw the error there.

    Offending URL is in the private section.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Hi Elise,

    Thank you very much for your help.

    I created a staging site for my website and did the test with Storefront theme. Results are shared in private content. For Storefront, I can see that the page is mobile friendly, however, for Woodmart, I still get the error as mentioned earlier.

    I have also mentioned the offending links in the private section. Right now I got the error for those links only.

    Please let me know in case anything else is needed from my side.

    Hello,

    The problem occurs when the server check styles, the styles are absent on both on default and on WoodMart theme, most likely, the server blocks the styles. Please contact the host support.

    Hi Elise,

    Will you please share the details, where you see this behaviour? Did you noticed it from Console? If so, I can then share the details with the host support? Could it be CloudFlare?
