the taxinomy filters do not work

hi, if you apply a taxonomy filter ,e.g by price decending, https://i.imgur.com/aY1VtmU.png the filter does not apply AND after that the page goes totally blank.
please for replication visit https://kourtakis-lighting.gr/product-category/fotistika-esoterikou-xorou/aplikes-toixou/.
P.S if theme update is required,how do i update it please?i do not see any dashboard message for theme update,even if i have recieved an email with update message.
