    Hi again,

    as you can see in the attached image, the arrows and the “expand-button” is outside of the image itself, I did not have that problem before the update of the site.

    Please update the theme up to 6.2 version as well as all the related plugins. I will check if the problem persists.
    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    You have incorrect HTTP and HTTPS configuration: https://domain.com is the actual site URL, however, http://domain.com is used in Dashboard > Settings > General. In this case, it is necessary to configure URLs correctly.

    I saw that you changed the HTTP to HTTP, thanks!

    Just a recap, so that I understand the issue when you say activate parent theme, do you mean temporarily? or all the time? because we have added some custom code.

    Do I really need to deactivate all the plugins for it to work or is it up to me to see which of them cause the issue?

    Hello,

    It’s a kind of magic, the HTTPS has changed by itself.

    You need to deactivate all and then activate all one by one just to detect what causes the problem. You will find one or two plugins and would decide to delete them or replace them.

    I have a question about the gap between the product page and the header (did not have this problem before/-40px).

    Is there any setting for this because I cant edit the shoppages?

    I have checked several products and I see this gap is caused by the other plugins styles: https://gyazo.com/9cb54b21e11cb9d6d774e643bbeb33d7 and https://prnt.sc/264411w

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    sorry for the confusion, I mixed 2 different questions in the thread, the last question was about the gap under the header for mobile & tablet. Is this a setting from Woodmarts end?

    This gap is caused by the styles of other plugins. Please check how it works without plugins.
