    How can I go back to the previous version without losing any configuration or design?
    The latest version is giving me problems with some plugins

    Before you roll back, please provide more details on what plugins you have a problem with?

    Hello,

    I have shown the error to our development department, they asked to test with any default theme.

    If you see the error only without an updated theme, please provide the site admin access as well as FTP access our developers would check deeper.

    Please insert the credentials into the Private content block below the message area.
