I can’t crate new administrator and customer account on WordPress dashboard. I couldn’t understand what’s going on? Is there any possibility to control theme settings?
We’re sorry that you think we don’t know how to add users or admins. We would like to report our problem again.
When we want to create a new admin, we do not get an error in the save process, but it does not create the admin we want to create.
If we changed the theme, we can create user.
Please check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.
This is WordPress functionality, no WordPress theme influences that.
