Theme settings are not showing

    I’m not sure what happened, but I was adding blog posts and updating the archive layout and before I logged out the theme settings were lost. The typography is wrong and buttons are not showing. I noticed there was an update needed on the theme, so I performed the updated and it fixed it for a second, then it went right back to the theme settings not showing. Please advise how to fix this. ty

    We do hope you have made the backup of your site, please restore the site and insert the credentials into the Private content below the text message. If you have not made the backup, please contact the host support, perhaps there is an automatic site backup.

    Hello, the theme has broken again and is not showing fonts saved in the Woodmart settings. I need someone to call me or some sort of real customer service. We have paid for this theme and I will be using it on two sites I am trying to launch. Please get back to me ASAP. This can’t continue to happen as we are a professional agency in the travel industry and restoring backups will not fix the issue.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    also, describe to us your problems in a bit more detail. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce them on your website.

    Hello, I emailed the following information to you on Dec. 1. I haven’t heard anything back, so I am also sending it here:

    Problem description: The same issue has happened twice now with two scenarios. Scenario 1: I will save my work, check the site to make sure all changes have taken place and log out. When I log back in the next time to work on it, the typography saved in my Woodmart settings are replaced with a generic font that isn’t listed (maybe Arial font). Scenario 2: I will make changes in the Woodmart theme settings and save them. After I have hit save, the typography saved in my Woodmart settings are replaced with a generic font that isn’t listed (maybe Arial font). In each scenario, the Woodmart typekit settings will still have Open Sans and Poppins listed as the fonts for the site, but will not show. No matter how many times I save my Woodmart typekit settings, the correct fonts never come back. Let me know if you need me to restore a backup with the correct fonts or if you would like to hop on a call/video chat.

    I think I have disabled all plugins not associated with Woodmart. I have also created a user and password for you, find the login information below.

    Hello,

    Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. Then go to Theme Settings and resave them. If it doesn’t help, please, provide us your admin access so we can check.

    we have the same issue, theme settings are lost, it happened to us 3 times when saving in the header builder.
