Cart/ Checkout page not showing

    Hi,

    I am having issues showing the cart page and checkout page, when I added the products, it’s showing in the cart, when clicked on the cart icon from the top menu, it shows nothing, (screenshot attached)
    I can only see the side cart, then click on from other pages, i.e. home page then I click on the cart icon right-hand side on the menu bar, then it shows the side cart, still, if I click on the view cart button or checkout from that box, it doesn’t show the cart or check out , instead it shows blank page (first screenshot attached)

    The website is under construction, if you need a login, I can provide it.

    2. Also, how do I delete icons above the footer? (image attached) think it’s on every page and products
    3. I want to remove the sidebar from the shop page, but when I remove it, it removes it from all the other pages as well. (image attached)
    4. How do I change the background green colour for the product name on the shop (image attached), possible to add different box colour for each category? and make each box equal size and banner rather than in the middle, it shows at the bottom? (image attach for example)

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    1) Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide the admin panel login details of the website.

    2) To remove the brands slider you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Footer >> Prefooter area >> You need to clear the content in it.

    3) Please Go to Theme Settings >> Products Archive >> Sidebar.

    Hi,

    3) This is exactly what I did. I want it to be removed from the shop page only. I want sidebar on other category pages. When I tried the way, you explained, it also removes from other category pages as well.

    Hello,

    1) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins then check back.

    3) You can use the Presets options to make the option work for separate pages.

    4) Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .cat-design-replace-title .wd-entities-title {
    background-color: red;
}

    Hi,

    I deactivated all the plugins except woo-commerce, cart still not working. Please check, as you got my login details. It’s urgent. I haven’t looked at the other points you mentioned.

    I did bit google search , and added [woocommerce_cart] shortcode in the Cart page and [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode on the checkout page. and it works fine. just going to try other things, if any issue, will get back to you.

    I tried other options. nothing worked

    1. preset option doesn’t show to hide sidebar. see attachment what I did.
    2. Cart and checkout pages working, but I didn’t receive any Thank you email as a customer.
    3. .cat-design-replace-title .wd-entities-title {
    background-color: red;
    } This code only changes one colour. as per my request, I was asking for a different colour for each box.

    Hello,

    1) You need to change the layout of the Shop for the category by using our Presets options.

    2) Sorry but our theme doesn’t influence the emails. They are controlled by woocommerce.

    3) Sorry but it is not possible to change the background separately for each box.
