Google index problem (mobile responsiveness)

Hello,
I get mobile usability issues on google search console, with two specific issues.
1. Clickable elements too close together.
2. Content wider than screen.
How do I resolve the issues above? As a result, Google does not want to index the site.

I have the same result of the live test, but when Googlebot passes the page, it will mention the mentioned 2 errors. I enclose a screen from today’s test. Do you have any idea?

Maybe your server blocks the bot’s requests to CSS and JS files. It is the only reason why it might see your website as not optimized for mobile devices.
